Wild for Salmon is a spice rub that forms a delicious glaze with the natural juices of the salmon when baked or grilled.  This customer favorite imparts a smoky sweetness and earthy depth with a bit of background heat.  We recommend using ½ to 1 teaspoon of seasoning per 4 ounces of salmon, dependent on your preference. Give it a quick sprinkle with this rub ten minutes prior to cooking.  Blended from brown sugar, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, cacao powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
