Tuscan Roasted Carrots

An easy way to transform carrots from bland to spectacular!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  •  1 Tbsp Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning
  •  1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  •  2 lbs Peeled and washed carrots
  •  4-5 large Cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole
  •  1 large Lemon, cut into 4 slices
  •  Dash Balsamic glaze
  •  1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Add Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning to 1/2 cup olive oil and set aside. Let rest for at least 20 minutes.
  • Once olive oil mix has rested, toss with carrots and garlic. Place ingredients into a roasting pan. Put lemon slices on top and place in the oven.
  • Roast for 20 minutes. Flip carrots, garlic and lemon slices and roast for 20 more minutes or until tender.
  • Remove from heat. Let cool for five minutes, the add preferred garnish and serve.
