Tuscan Roasted Carrots
An easy way to transform carrots from bland to spectacular!
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lbs Peeled and washed carrots
- 4-5 large Cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole
- 1 large Lemon, cut into 4 slices
- Dash Balsamic glaze
- 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Add Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning to 1/2 cup olive oil and set aside. Let rest for at least 20 minutes.
- Once olive oil mix has rested, toss with carrots and garlic. Place ingredients into a roasting pan. Put lemon slices on top and place in the oven.
- Roast for 20 minutes. Flip carrots, garlic and lemon slices and roast for 20 more minutes or until tender.
- Remove from heat. Let cool for five minutes, the add preferred garnish and serve.
