A technique class. Come with all your questions about the preserving and canning process! Home Gardener & Canning Enthusiast, Valerie Baer, will walk you through all the steps needed to can a quart jar of peaches, that you will take home at the end of class, ready to enjoy! Val will also teach you how to peel, dice, fill jars and process diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. A Hands-on class.
