We are urged to add more dietary fiber to our meals. In this hands-on class, Chef Paul Anater will teach how to integrate whole wheat and bread flours to make you own nutty, flavorful, fiber-rich loaves. You’ll learn about different of whole wheat flours and how to add proportions of various flours to get the best results. Taste a variety of whole grain breads, make and take home your own loaf!
