Chef Guiseppe Sciurca studied under a Japanese chef to learn sushi making so he could serve it in his own restaurant is Sicily. His sushi became so popular that he had Japanese nights featuring sushi! Chef Guiseppe, assisted by Chef Antonino Elia, will share the art of sushi making in this class where each participant will make 3 sushi rolls. Included in the class price is a sushi mat for each participant to use and then take home!
