Sourdough Bread – Let’s Get Started!

In this class, Chef Paul Anater will lead a discussion on the myths and mysteries surrounding sourdough starters and demonstrate how to make sourdough bread products. He’ll explain how to keep, feed and use a starter. You will make your own sour dough loaf to take home and bake, as well as a jar of Paul’s starter with care and feeding instructions! Enjoy warm from the oven white whole wheat sourdough bread and sourdough waffles with yummy toppings.  Partial hands-on class.
