Instructions:

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder and Salted Caramel Seasoning until combined. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks and sugar until light and creamy, about 3 minutes. Whisk in vanilla and molasses.
  • Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir until combined. Turn out onto a floured work surface and shape roughly into a loaf that is 3 inches across. The dough is sticky, so wet your hands to help prevent sticky fingers as you shape the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate two hours or overnight.
  • When you are ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Divide dough into three equal pieces and place on baking sheet, leaving at least two inches between the pieces.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and dry. Remove from oven but don't turn it off. Let the biscotti loaves cool until they are cool enough to handle, 5-10 minutes
  • Use a serrated knife to slice the biscotti loaves into approximately 1 inch slices. Lay slices on the baking sheet and put back in the oven to bake for another 15 minutes, until fully dry and crisp.
  • When biscotti are completely cool, whisk together 1 cup confectioner's sugar and 1 tsp Salted Caramel Seasoning. Add 3-4 Tbsp water or milk until you reach desired coonsistency.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the biscotti with a spoon.
