Enjoy this easy salmon recipe, rich with Omega-3 fatty acids.  A tried and true winner that delights even the most reluctant seafood eater.


2 Tbsp. dijon mustard*
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
4 tsp. honey*
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup finely chopped pecans
2 tsp. chopped parlsey
4 (4-6 oz.) salmon fillets

Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl; set aside.
Mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in a small bowl; set aside.
Season each fillet with salt and pepper.  Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Brush each fillet with the honey mustard mixture.  Pat top of each fillet with pecan mixture.  Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
