A tasty alternative to traditional chicken wings.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic for 3 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and add to blender with 2/3 cup water. Blend until smooth.
Add flour, almond flour, tomato paste, dried parsley and Buffalo Wing Rub to blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into a bowl and toss in the cauliflower until well coated.
Place cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until brown and crisp. Remove from oven and let sit for about 3-4 minutes.
Toss the cauliflower in a bowl with the hot sauce. Serve with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
