Make these easy overnight oats the night before and it becomes a healthy grab-n-go breakfast on a busy morning.

Yields4 Servings
 2 cups steel cut oats
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 ¼ tsp ground cardamom
 ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  tsp ground cloves
 3 tbsp brown sugar
 2 ½ cups almond milk
optional toppings
 bananas, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, almonds

Place oats, chia seeds, spices and brown sugar in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add the almond milk and stir.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Serve with optional toppings.
