Kansas City Steak Seasoning
Granulated onion, Mexican oregano, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, sea salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, white pepper, celery seed and ground nutmeg.
This seasoning has lots of peppery flavor and a little sweetness. Great mixed into ground beef for a delicious burger.
Use 2 tablespoons per pound of meat and rub into a steak. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before grilling.
