Deep South Dry Rub
Blended from paprika, demerara sugar, salt, turbinado sugar, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne.
A light, sweet taste in addition to the subtle heat, use 1 tablespoon of dry rub per pound of meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight to intensify the flavors. Great southern barbeque flavor.
