Perfect Pie Crust: Pies & Tarts

Pastry chefs from La Petite Patisserie, Donna Lussier and Amanda Pagan, teach this class where participants will make their own 4 inch fresh blueberry crumb tart with a pate sucree crust and a traditional 8 inch chocolate cream pie with a traditional flakey crust to take home.  Come and hear their tips to making a melt in your mouth pie crust! Please bring your own 8” glass pie plate for the class. Cost includes a 4” tart pan. A hands-on class.
