Who doesn’t love fresh mozzarella? Making it isn’t as difficult as you might imagine! In this hands on class, Chef Paul Anater will teach the basics of using citric acid and rennet to make cheese curds. You will also learn the basics of home cheese making. Snack on a variety of mozzarella-themed goodies and then take home the mozzarella cheese ball you created! A Hands-on class.
