With Easter and Mother’s Day on the horizon, this class is a great opportunity to learn a signature dessert that will make a statement at any gathering! Chef Paul Anater will guide students through the process of making, coloring and flavoring a mirror glaze. Each student will glaze and garnish their own pre-made mini cake to take home.
