Workshop: Cutting up a Whole Beef Tenderloin

A technique class. You bring a whole beef tenderloin from your favorite discount store to this cooking class. Chef Jason Hampton, a freelance chef for 20 years, owner of In A Pinch Catering and Heart Cafe is going to walk you through step by step how to trim and break it down. You will go home with packaged Strips and Tips, Petite Filets, Center Cut Filets and a Tenderloin Roast ready to grill or prep any way you prefer! As a bonus enjoy an Asian Beef Salad Summer Entree after the trim class! A hands-on class. Please bring your tenderloin in a cooler so you can take it home as well!
