Donna Lussier and Amanda Pagan, Pastry Chefs from La Petite Patisserie will demonstrate how to make and decorate a layer cake using different buttercream frostings. Each person will receive a vanilla 5 inch layer cake that they will torte, fill, crumb coat and decorate. You will learn how to pipe roses, mums & ribbon roses! When registering for the class, please note if you want funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream filling OR lemon cake with seedless raspberry preserves filling.
