This 3 day (June 18, 19 & 20 from 12:30-3:00PM) hands­-on mini cooking camp, taught by Gwen Eberly, will give kids, ages 8-12, the opportunity to learn kitchen skills and experience food from the North American Region. Each session runs 2 1/2 hours and ends with a delicious spread of the days creations. They will take home all the recipes! Limited to 12 kids!

Day 1 Low Country

Low Country Boil, Hush Puppies, Pecan & Peach Cobbler

Day 2 Southwest

Tacos (Beef, Chicken & Veggie), Guacamole, Fresh Salsa, Black Bean, Rice & Lime Salad, Tres Leches Cake

Day 3 PA Dutch

Chicken Pot Pie with Homemade Noodles, Cucumber Salad, Shoofly Pie, Whoopie Pies
