Culinary Boot Camp

A mini camp for those who have minimal cooking experience!  Linda Leeking will teach basic knife skills, measuring skills, how to read a recipe and adapt recipes using what you have in your refrigerator! You will also learn how to create amazing omelets, butterfly chicken breasts, make flexible stir fries and much, much more!  An ideal class for the college bound, the newlywed or anyone who wants a brush up on culinary skills! A Hands-on class. Class runs from 9:30AM-12:00PM.
