Authentic French Croissants ~ Make & Take it SOLD OUT

Traditional baker’s croissants are a many-layered, buttery treat that any home baker can master. Though they appear to be difficult to make, following some simple steps will yield something truly wonderful that’s really not so difficult after all. In this class, Paul Anater will cover the basic technique of laminating yeast-risen dough. Laminating is the process of alternating layers of dough with layers of butter to make an intensely flaky pastry. Once you make the dough you will learn to shape, roll, fill and bake both sweet and savory croissants.  Each participant will take home fresh baked croissants and croissant dough to finish at home.
