Classic French Baguette – Make-it & Take-it

Baguettes are the quintessential French bread and authentic Parisian baguettes are notoriously difficult to recreate at home. In this hands on class, Paul Anater will teach baguette making techniques he learned in Paris. Students will make a batch of baguette dough to take home. They’ll then form and bake a baguette using Paul’s dough which was prepared ahead of time. The class will end with a tasting of still warm-from-the-oven fresh bread. A hands-on class.
