You can master making traditional baker’s croissants by following some simple steps. This 2 part class mimics precisely the timeline of making croissants at home from scratch. In first class will have students make a batch of croissant dough and assemble the butter block used later to laminate the dough. The following morning, students will laminate, roll, cut, shape and bake the laminated dough into croissants. Students will not only leave with a thorough understanding of dough lamination, but also a half dozen homemade croissants and a partial batch of laminated croissant dough to finish another half dozen at home. A Hands-on 2 part class. Friday from 6:00-8:00PM & Saturday from 10:00-12:00PM.
