1 (10 oz) package Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheets
¼ C pistachios
1 (10 oz) package gorgonzola cheese
1 C white seedless grapes
Thaw puff pastry sheets according to directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop the pistachios. Beat egg and set aside. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll and cut into 2 inch squares. Put one grape and one teaspoon of gorgonzola on each square. Pinch the corners upright and brush with egg. Sprinkle with pistachios. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
