Once again we are privileged to have Chef Antonino Elia and his wife, Elizabeth, prepare The Feast of the Seven Fishes! They have been serving this feast in their own home for the past 34 years. In Italy, The Feast of the Seven Fishes is traditionally served on Christmas Eve. This spectacular 7 course feast begins with appetizers and wine, moving to multiple seafood dishes and concluding with a delectable dessert and espresso. This wonderful meal will be prepared in front of you and served at intimate tables of 4. Limited to 12!

Once you have the basics down, Paul will demonstrate how versatile cast iron is by making a pear tarte tatin, a recipe that starts on the cooktop and moves into the oven!
